About shipping cost and where we deliver?
You get free delivery on any order, you won't pay anything extra at checkout for the delivery of the product. We ship to any country in the world, in case your country is not shown at checkout please contact us.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Any tax is paid by us, the amount displayed at checkout is the final amount (the tax are already included) , after you place your order you don't have to pay anything at customs, at the courier, or any additional fees.
Shipping time and warranty?
If you select standard express delivery, then know that your order will arrive within 10-15 days. You also have a shipping warranty, in case the package is lost or not delivered within 30 days then you have the option to ask for a full refund on the entire order or if you wish to re-deliver the order (free of charge, no added cost).
Return and refund policy?
We have a simple return and refund policy, you have 30 days to request a refund by filling out the contact-us form or by emailing us at contact@luxelylight.com. Returns are completely free in the following cases:
1. If you receive a defective product
2. You receive a product that is not described as on our website (different color from the one ordered, different size from the one ordered, different style from the one ordered, different product from the one ordered)
4. If the product arrives defective or non-functional you have the right to a free return or re-delivery of the product.
5. If you do not receive your order within 50 days you have the right to a full refund.
6. The size, colour, emitting colour of the received product is not as ordered, then you have the right to free return.
After the return is successfully made, the money refund is fully refunded to your bank or paypal account.
