Shipping for all products on our website is free, we do not charge any additional amount for shipping you order.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification via email when your order has been shipped.

We offer free shipping worldwide.

The estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days for Standard shipping and 3-5 business days for Express shipping.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@luxelylight.com.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

In case the parcel was lost in transit please contact us at support@luxelylight.com and we will issue a refund or re-issue the package to your order.
