Submit a cancellation request or return request
To submit a cancellation or return request, please enter your order number (e.g., #11111L) and the email address used to place the order. If you encounter any issues submitting the form, please contact us at contact@luxelylight.com or via WhatsApp at +40 799077854.
1. To cancel your order, please contact us before the order is shipped. If you have received a shipping email with a tracking number, it means the order has already been shipped and cannot be canceled. Therefore, if you believe the package will not arrive by the date you need it, please fill out the form or contact us immediately to cancel the order before it is shipped. If it has already been shipped, you can only request a return once the package arrives at your address. Once the order cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation and the refund amount. The refund will take 3–5 business days to process, depending on your bank.
2. For the return process you have 30 days to submit the form from the moment of delivery date, the steps are similar when filling out the form; you will receive an email with return instructions and the return address (please review our refund and return policies, where we’ve covered this information).
Once the return is confirmed via email, we will initiate the refund, and the funds will be processed within 3–5 business days from the date the refund is initiated, depending on your bank.
